Ultra-Compact Size & Application: The 120mm x 120mm size is significantly smaller than standard Mini-ITX. This board is designed for specialized ultra-compact enclosures and deeply embedded applications where space is the primary constraint. Ensure your chassis and mounting solution are compatible.
Fanless Thermal Management: This board is designed for completely fanless operation. The final system enclosure must provide adequate passive thermal dissipation to maintain stable operation, especially near the upper end of the temperature range. Do not obstruct the integrated heatsink.
CPU & Memory Specifications: Features an integrated Intel® Bay Trail generation Celeron J1900 CPU. Supports DDR3L SO-DIMM memory only (1.35V). Standard DDR3 (1.5V) modules are not compatible.
Special COM Port Connector: COM1 uses a non-standard “CISCO” style connector (not a standard DB9). Ensure you have the correct cable or adapter for your serial device connection.
Power Mode & Supply: Use a stable DC 12V ±5% power adapter. The AT/ATX mode must be correctly configured (via jumper/BIOS) for proper system power-on and soft-off functionality.
Performance Consideration: The Intel Celeron J1900 is an older, low-power platform. It is suitable for lightweight computing, basic control, and display tasks but not for CPU-intensive applications. Choose accordingly based on your performance requirements.
