⚠️ Important Notes

CPU Selection & Installation: This board requires a user-installed, socketed Intel® Haswell-U or Broadwell-U processor (BGA package). Ensure the CPU is compatible and properly installed with thermal interface material. The integrated graphics performance varies by CPU model.

Critical Memory Specification: Supports DDR3L (1.35V) SO-DIMM memory only. Do not use standard 1.5V DDR3 modules, as they are incompatible and may damage the board.

Power Supply: Use a stable, high-quality 12V DC (±5%) power adapter with sufficient wattage, especially when using higher-tier CPUs like Core i5/i7. Recommended capacity is 60W or higher.

Thermal Design (Fanless with Socketed CPU): The fanless design is optimized for specific CPU TDP ranges. When selecting a CPU, consider its Thermal Design Power (TDP). For higher-performance CPUs (e.g., 28W), ensure the final system enclosure provides excellent passive cooling to maintain stability within the operating temperature range.
