Power Requirements: USB 2.0 ports supply 5V/500mA, USB 3.0 ports supply 5V/900mA. Devices with high inrush current (>500mA) or high power demands (e.g., some cameras requiring 5V/2A) may not function correctly when connected to USB 2.0 ports and should use USB 3.0 ports. Do not plug/unplug USB devices during file transfers.
