USB Device Compatibility & Power:

  • USB 2.0 port supplies 5V/500mA. Devices with inrush current exceeding 500mA may cause board malfunction.
  • Confirm power requirements of your USB devices before connection.

Panel Power Considerations:

  • For 3.3V panels with inrush current ≥ 1000mA or normal current ≥ 600mA, contact our engineers for component verification.
  • 5V panel normal operating current should be ≤ 1500mA.
ESD & Handling: This board contains ESD-sensitive components. Use proper anti-static procedures during handling, installation, and debugging.
Signal Integrity: Performance of high-speed signals (LVDS) is influenced by cable specifications and length. Test thoroughly when changing connection cables.

General Precautions:

  • Maintain sufficient distance from conductors to prevent short circuits.
  • Do not apply excessive force, twist, or disassemble the board.
  • Ensure all cables are correctly connected before powering on. Do not hot-plug cables.
